My Name is Mike Fox (Foxybhoy) i live in the lovely town of Castlebar, Co. Mayo, situated on the west coast of Ireland. This is where i lead my quiet life, i love to go running around the lake where i also spend many an hour walking my two Chinese Shar-pei dogs, Podge and Molly.

I am the proud father of three beautiful children, Mairead, Alicia and Michael, also the proud grandfather to the amazing Patrick, Anna, Keiran, Joseph, Aoife and Thomas.
My mother is part of the McGrath family from Cong, Co. Mayo and my late Father part of the Fox family from Clonbur, Co. Galway. I was born into a large family which spread over many parts of the world, many of whom settled in America, we have always remained in contact with each other and have enjoyed many family reunions. With regret i missed our recent family reunion which took place in Cleveland, Ohio, it was unfortunate i missed it but I'm sure they all had a ball.
I have great passion for my work and have been lucky enough to experience working in America, Spain and of course the width and breadth of Ireland. Most of my work now resides in Mayo but whenever I can I love to head over to the odd Celtic Supporters Club across the water.
Sadly Seamus Robinson, with whom I co-wrote "Mayo Martyrs" passed last year. He wrote some great songs, most famously "Take Me Home To Mayo" - he'll be sadly missed. My first CD, "Go on Home" has been reprinted and is now available to purchase. You can review it via the YouTube link.
And of course Celtic are on the bounce, finally playing the Celtic way.
